Betsy Swain made a shocking deal with Mason Radcliffe’s brothers, Logan and Matty, on Coronation Street tonight.

Friday’s (November 22) episode began with Betsy approaching Mason as she enquired as to why he hadn’t been answering his phone. Unbeknownst to them, Logan and Matty saw the whole exchange, with the duo seemingly having something planned.

They eventually cornered Betsy and stole her phone, but not before she was able to call her mother, Lisa, who was busy getting intimate with Carla. Lisa eventually saw the missed call, and headed out with Carla to find her daughter.

Logan and Matty attempted to pressure Betsy into having Mason “remember his loyalty” to his family, though the tense situation was averted after Ryan interjected. Lisa and Carla, meanwhile, grilled Mason on the whereabouts of Betsy, though he didn’t know anything.

Lisa eventually found Betsy in the pub, though she was reluctant to inform her mother about the identity of the two boys, describing the pair as “all-talk”. She quickly clocked onto the fact that Lisa and Carla had been together, with Betsy angrily pouring a drink over her mother.

After a tense conversation, Betsy stormed out as she chastised the pair, saying that “one thousand Carlas” wouldn’t amount to any version of Becky, her deceased mother. As Carla and Lisa returned home, the pair had a frank conversation about their compatibility.

Lisa argued that Betsy was her priority, with Carla believing that Lisa was using her daughter as a reason to not fully commit to her in a relationship. Lisa angrily left the room, hinting that the pair were over.

Betsy, meanwhile, had met Mason in the café, but was reluctant to tell him that his brothers had paid her a visit. After receiving another text from the brothers, Betsy shared an emotional conversation with Carla, who pleaded with her to trust her intentions with Lisa.

Betsy later returned to meet with Logan and Matty, who demanded that Mason appear promptly. After she said he wouldn’t be coming, the pair lost their temper, but she enticed them with the opportunity of raiding the factory – providing they leave Mason alone…
